LIVERPOOL have reached an agreement to sign Anderlecht teenager Samuel Bastien.

The Reds have been tracking Bastien throughout his impressive loan spell with Serie B outfit Avellino and have moved quickly to secure his services.
Italian website  claim the talented midfielder has agreed a deal in principal to join, where he will become Jurgen Klopp's fourth major signing.

The Belgium Under-21 international is valued at £4.6m and will be loaned out immediately to gain top-tier experience.
The 19-year-old, who's been dubbed the 'next Kevin de Bruyne', was also being observed by Juventus, Roma and Fiorentina but Irpinia Newshave 'no doubt' he's joining Liverpool.
